| The Flagstaff Pathways Plan is being
produced by the Flagstaff Metropolitan Planning Organization
and its member agencies: The City of Flagstaff, Coconino County,
and the Arizona Department of Transportation. The plan will prioritize
how tax dollars should be spent on highway, street, bicycle,
pedestrian and transit projects. It will also help shape those
projects to best fit the neighborhoods they serve. Kevin Gardiner
& Associates is providing guidance on the design aspects
of transportation improvements, particularly in relation to neighborhood
