      is pleased to announce its acquisition by Metropolitan Planning
      Group (M-Group) of Mountain View, California. 

      
M-Group brings innovative and
      effective planning solutions with a new design on urban planning
      that adds value and fosters innovation. Since its inception,
      M-Group has brought high-caliber planning services to numerous
      communities and development clients. Its staff of 12 city planners
      brings together accomplished professionals with a wealth of real-world
      experience gained from working for consulting and design firms,
      redevelopment agencies, and more than two dozen city planning
      departments. M-Group is a Bay Area Green Business and a member
      of the U.S. Green Building Council with several LEED-AP accredited
      staff. 

      
KGA and M-Group have had a history
      of successful collaboration, working together on a number of
      projects including the Palo Alto Zoning Code, Mountain View Precise
      Plans, the Burlingame Downtown Specific Plan, and the Belvedere
      General Plan. 

      
Joining M-Group provides KGA
      with an exciting new platform for expansion, for increasing the
      breadth of our clients and services, and for the professional
      development of our staff. Together, we will be able to offer
      a complete range of planning services, from zoning and development
